We believe in conscious and responsible shopping, which is why we do not accept returns—only exchanges for another product or a refund via voucher (valid for 6 months). All returned items must be sent within 15 days of the purchase date (upon presentation of invoice/receipt or gift receipt). They must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Exchanges can be made in-store or online, using the original packaging and sending it to the following address: Joana Vicente / QUINZE Store / Praça da República No. 77, 2500-798 Caldas da Rainha, Portugal.
The customer must send an email (quinze.pt@gmail.com) notifying us of the exchange and shipment and will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to send your order (tracking code).
